I had a fantastic ride on the Natchez Trace Parkway.  We rode October 21-27, 2023 with guides Elli and Katie.  They were very attentive to the needs of the riders (one suffers from Celiac Disease) by providing food and snacks to keep us going and satisfy our cravings.  Accommodations were quiet and comfortable.  Restaurant choices were outstanding!  No one went away hungry.  Each morning we would review the plan for the day with Elli letting us know the mile marker for each stop.  The van driver would be ahead and put an orange cone out at the rest stop turn. This was the best supported tour I have ever done. The Natchez Trace is a beautiful ride especially in fall.  Ellie and Katie were knowledgable and just a joy to ride with.  The logistics of the ride were perfect from unique places to stay, great food before/after rides, fueling stops on all routes which were exactly where they needed to be for long rides.  There were interesting side trips to places I would have never seen.  It was a worry free seven days for which am super grateful and so glad I signed up for. Natchez Trace Bike Tour Oct 10-17, 2023 Absolutely wonderful 7 days of biking with Cycle of Life Adventures! Very well organized tour, 3 guides were extremely helpful and worked hard to make everything about the trip perfect. Hotels, BB, & restaurants were great - variety in meal options appreciated. Visited the Battle of Vicksburg & Muscle Shoals in addition to enjoying the scenery while biking the Trace Parkway. Nicely run trip, with our guides looking out for our every interest. Unique road that should be experienced by any adventure cyclist. I just finished my second bike tour with Cycle of Life Adventures completing the Nanchez Trace Parkway ride with guides Ed and Lee.  Top notch from start to finish with great lodging and after ride restaurant meals. All inclusive with lunches on the road and van/ gear support.  Had one issue with my bike and Lee was able to fix it in no time ( they are also bike mechanics). Already looking into another tour with this group (COLA). Owners Ellie and Dennis communicate well with all of us personally and their priority is satisfaction/safety for their guests.  Can’t wait until the next one. Thanks COLA!! Cycle of Life adventures make a hard cycling trip fun ~ even though you are riding more miles than you think you are able ~ you are having fun and achieve a new accomplishment ~ but it’s not the miles you remember at the end but the friendships. COLA ~ provided us with safety ~ nourishment and encouragement along the way! That’s a 5 star ⭐️ company Our guides Ed and Lee provided top notch fun and service
