El Paso, TX to Ft. Hancock, TX
Dennis had to re-route the group out of El Paso this morning due to construction on his original route. The group stayed together for 28 miles to navigate the traffic, signals and turns.
El Paso is very industrial. And, the Rio Grande is not so grand. It was just a trickle.
Our rest stop was real classy: a huge gas station on the outskirts of town. We had favorable weather and winds today. That makes up for the “yucky” motel. It’s an Adventure.
