DeRidder, LA – Off Day
We got the opportunity for our State Line Cocktail at the hotel pool this afternoon. We had a great Cajun seafood dinner at Cecil’s Cajun Kitchen: Pan Fried Tilapia covered with crawfish etouffee served with jambalaya, and Blackened Fish with shrimp and crab meat in a lemon garlic butter sauce, served with jambalaya. Delicious!
