Day Twelve – 2021 Epic Cross Country Southern Tier Bike Tour

Day Twelve | March 11, 2021

Columbus, NM to El Paso, TX

We pulled out of our precious hotel at 8:30 this morning. Everyone but Dennis and Tom slept in.

Today, we made it to Texas! We won’t even mention that one third of the Cross Country Southern Tier Tour happens in Texas. We need 15 days to cross the state.

So, no more celebratory state line cocktails for a while. But, we do get two rest days in Texas.

As we turn our heads, we look back at the rugged mountains of New Mexico and “The Wall” to our side.
