At Cycle of Life Adventures, safety has been and continues to be our highest priority. The COVID 19 is taking center stage in the US and around the world. While we do not want to make light of the possible consequences, we believe we are taking the necessary precautions and we will continue to schedule and lead wonderful adventure vacations throughout the US.
Our intention is to provide safe and enjoyable adventure vacations. There are many locations where we do tours that can be reached easily with one day’s travel by car.
All our currently scheduled trips will be run as planned. We know insurance and governmental decisions may result in precautions and possible cancellations. If, for some reason, a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, all fees paid will be fully transferred to any 2020/2021 trip of your choosing.
Ideas for safely traveling by car to your tour location:
- Use disinfectant wipes upon leaving gas station/convenience stores.
- Wipe down door handles of car.
- Use latex gloves to fill your gas tank.
Clear protocols will be implemented, especially around snack and meal preparation:
- We will provide hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and laundry soap.
- We will provide single serving snacks and hydration packets.
- We will provide opportunities for each guest to prepare their own lunch before we ride.
- Vans will be cleaned and disinfected each evening.
- Each guest will be given a personal supply bag with safe-guard supplies.
We do value your health and well-being and will take all necessary steps to provide you a healthy and enjoyable trip and adventure. We will continue to stay on top of the many resources and suggestions coming from the World Health Organization, CDC, Safe Serve and local agencies.
